What Is Theo Wearing?

whatistheowearing.jpgI walked into my living room today and realized that I’d left WGN on. The White Sox game was over and the Cosby Show was on.

I know the Cosby Show is known for its sweaters but… when I saw what Theo was wearing, I paused the DVR and took a picture of my TV.

What is that thing?
