Another pretty migraine aura today. This one is zigzag and has been going on for about 2 hours now. I think I’ll keep drawing them, because it gives me something to do while waiting for the pain to really kick in.
This one got so large that I could place my entire hand “in” the blind spot. Pretty freaky shit.

Hi Meg, I absolutely feel you. My auras are usually on the left and perfectly round but open like a clock where 4 to 6 is missing. My zigzags also tend to oscillate in rainbow colours and are creepily bright. Surreal stuff…
Hi! The photo link to the Flickr image is broken now. Could you repost the image? I can still see a tiny version of the image in Google image search and it looks just like what I saw during an opthalmic migraine I had today.
